// tournament day

Every one of your club's teams. One link.

A club sends fifteen teams to a tournament across nine fields, and from Friday night nobody can find anyone. Tournament Day puts the whole weekend on one page: every team, every field, every kickoff — on a phone, at the field.

// who it's for

One link, read two different ways.

For the club

You have fifteen teams spread over nine fields and a schedule that keeps moving. One link answers where everyone is, without you answering it.

  • Games grouped by kickoff time — every field at 9:15 in one glance
  • How the day is spread across the park
  • Anyone can refresh it when the brackets firm up
  • A results summary once the weekend is done

For parents and coaches

The whole club is on one page — see when your kid's friends play, find the family two fields over, and catch their games between your own. No app, no account, nothing to install.

  • Filter to one team or one field
  • The next kickoff stays pinned while you scroll
  • Your team's record once results are posted
  • Works on a phone, standing at a field

About a minute, and no data entry.

01

Grab your club's schedule

From the tournament's own website — your club's schedule link, or the full schedule with every team and field on it.

02

Upload it, or paste the link

We read it back to you first — teams, days, fields — so you can check it before anything goes live. Nothing is saved until you confirm.

03

Publish and send it

One address for the whole club. Anyone can open it, and anyone can refresh it when the schedule moves.

// questions

Questions

Where does the schedule come from?
Your club's own schedule export from the tournament's website — the Export Club Schedule link. Upload the file, or paste the link and we read it. Either way it's your club's data, and it takes about a minute.
What if the schedule changes during the weekend?
It will — brackets firm up and kickoffs move. There's a Refresh button on the page itself, so anyone standing at a field can pull the latest without waiting for you. It's limited to once every 30 minutes across everyone viewing, so a hundred parents refreshing costs one update.
Does everyone need an account?
No. You need one to create it. Everyone you send the link to just opens it — parents, grandparents, coaches, your director. No app, no sign-up, no password.
Does it show who won the division?
No, and it won't pretend to. The club export contains fixtures and scores but no bracket or round information at all — nothing marks a game as a semifinal or a final. So the results page reports records: won, lost, drawn, goals, per team and against each club. Anything beyond that would be invented.
How is this different from the tournament's own schedule page?
That page shows the whole event and isn't built for a phone. This one is your club only, grouped by kickoff time so you can see where everyone is at 9:15, filterable to one team or one field, and it tells you what's next without scrolling.
What happens after the tournament?
The link keeps working, and a results summary appears on it: your club's overall record, how each team did, and how you fared against every other club there.

One link, and nobody has to ask you where anyone is.
