Questions people ask before signing up

Does ScheduleFC build my schedule from scratch?
No — your league publishes the dates and your club scheduler assigns times to them before the season starts. Once that schedule flows into your team app, ScheduleFC takes over for the team manager: pulls in every game, runs the three-way reschedule workflow with opposing teams (looping the club scheduler in only when a home field is involved), and gives you a tournament hub for the travel weekends.
How does pricing work?
Every workspace is free for the first 6 months. After that, team managers pay $10/year — or a $50 one-time lifetime membership — for up to 3 coaches. Clubs are $500 per year flat, covering every team manager and coach in the club workspace with no per-seat fees. Paid subscriptions renew on your payment anniversary.
Can a single team manager use it without their club signing up?
Yes. Pick Team Manager at signup if you only manage your own teams. You won't get the club-side approval queue or the club dashboard, but you get the full reschedule workflow, tournament hub, and parent share link.
Can my coaches and parents see the schedule without creating an account?
Yes. Every team has a public share link you can send to coaches and families. They see games, competitions, and tournament details without logging in.
How does ScheduleFC get my games?
Connect your team app's calendar feed — PlayMetrics, TeamSnap, or any ICS calendar. ScheduleFC pulls every game in on every login plus a daily refresh, so your schedule stays current without any manual entry. Reschedules you make in ScheduleFC stay put even when the feed lags behind.
What about tournaments? Are those handled too?
Yes — that's a big part of what team managers do during the season. Add a tournament to your schedule before the bracket is published, block out your coach's calendar for those dates, and share hotel and tournament details with parents. When game times are set, add them — or let your connected team-app calendar fill them in — and the date hold gives way to the real schedule.
