Build your family calendar

Paste each kid's team calendar link and we merge them into one calendar — and one link the whole family can follow. See a live example →

Add each kid’s calendar

Name the kid, then paste the calendar (ICS) link from each of their team apps — PlayMetrics, TeamSnap, GameChanger, GotSport, or any calendar URL — and pick the sport. One kid in two sports? Add a second calendar under their name.

Want a memorable link? — $10/yr

Optional. Reserve a short, shareable link instead of the long automatic one — pick it now and finish the quick payment right after you build. Your current link keeps working either way.

schedulefc.com/

Shown as the calendar's title. Defaults to your name if left blank.

We’ll email you the subscription link. One calendar per email — if you already have one, we’ll email you its edit link instead.

At least 8 characters. This is your ScheduleFC login, so you can come back and change what feeds your calendar as teams change.

// optional upgrade

Claim a memorable address

Swap the long automatic link for something you can say out loud — schedulefc.com/smithfamily instead of a string of random characters. It's the one thing the upgrade adds, at $10/yr. Your original link keeps working either way.

Already included with every calendar

  • Decide what your page shows — games only, or games and practices. Keep the page you share with family as clean as you want.
  • A separate games-only link — for the folks who only come to games.
  • A private page — require an approved email to open it.
  • Two calendar feeds — let people subscribe to the full calendar or just the games.

Build your calendar above first — you can claim your address from the confirmation, or any time from your edit link.

Getting your calendar links

Where do I find my team's calendar link?
In PlayMetrics, open the team schedule and look for Subscribe or Sync to Calendar. In TeamSnap it's under Schedule → Subscribe. In GameChanger it's the team calendar's Subscribe option. You want the long link ending in .ics, or one starting with webcal:// — either works here. If your team app only offers 'Add to Google Calendar', that works too; copy the address it gives you.
How often does it refresh?
Roughly twice a day, and whenever someone loads the page. Calendar apps that have subscribed to the feed check on their own schedule too — usually every few hours — so a change made in a team app on Tuesday night is in everyone's calendar well before the weekend.
What happens when a game moves or gets cancelled?
The change comes from the team's own feed, so you don't do anything. The moved game shifts to its new time and a cancelled one drops out — for you and for everyone who subscribed to your link. Nobody needs a new link and nobody needs telling.
What about next season, when the teams change?
Your link stays the same forever. When a season ends, open your calendar from the edit link in your email and swap in the new team's calendar address. Everyone who already subscribed keeps seeing the right games — you never re-send anything.
Who can see my calendar?
Anyone you send the link to. It isn't listed anywhere, isn't indexed by search engines, and the address is long and unguessable — but treat it like any link: whoever has it can open it. It shows the games and practices you chose to include and nothing else about you.
Can I share the games but not the practices?
Yes. Each calendar you add has an Include setting — games and practices, or games only — so you can put everything in your own view while grandparents only see the games worth driving to.
