No — and they never pay either. You send one link. They can open it in any browser to see the schedule, or subscribe it into the calendar app already on their phone — Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook — and your kids' games show up alongside everything else in their week, updating on their own.

PlayMetrics, TeamSnap, GameChanger, and any team that publishes a calendar link (an ICS or webcal URL) — which is nearly all of them. You paste the same link your team already gave you; nothing changes for your coach or club.

That's exactly the case this is built for. Each kid gets their own color and each calendar gets its own sport, so a soccer game, a swim meet, and a basketball practice all land in one calendar and you can still tell at a glance whose is whose.

It updates itself. Your calendar reads from each team's own feed, so when the coach or club moves a game in their app, the change flows through to your calendar and to everyone you shared it with. Nobody re-sends a screenshot.

$5/year for your whole family — every kid, every sport, however many teams. There's no per-kid or per-team pricing, and the people you share it with never pay anything.

In PlayMetrics, open the team schedule and look for Subscribe or Sync to Calendar. In TeamSnap it's under Schedule → Subscribe. In GameChanger it's the team calendar's Subscribe option. You want the long link ending in .ics, or one starting with webcal:// — either works here. If your team app only offers 'Add to Google Calendar', that works too; copy the address it gives you.

Roughly twice a day, and whenever someone loads the page. Calendar apps that have subscribed to the feed check on their own schedule too — usually every few hours — so a change made in a team app on Tuesday night is in everyone's calendar well before the weekend.

The change comes from the team's own feed, so you don't do anything. The moved game shifts to its new time and a cancelled one drops out — for you and for everyone who subscribed to your link. Nobody needs a new link and nobody needs telling.

Your link stays the same forever. When a season ends, open your calendar from the edit link in your email and swap in the new team's calendar address. Everyone who already subscribed keeps seeing the right games — you never re-send anything.

Anyone you send the link to. It isn't listed anywhere, isn't indexed by search engines, and the address is long and unguessable — but treat it like any link: whoever has it can open it. It shows the games and practices you chose to include and nothing else about you.

Add a tournament to your schedule before the bracket is published, block out your coach's calendar for those dates, and share hotel and tournament details with parents. When game times are set, add them — or let your connected team-app calendar fill them in — and the date hold gives way to the real schedule.

Yes. Subscriptions can be canceled from the Stripe billing portal; you keep access through the end of the paid period. A $50 lifetime membership never renews — pay once, keep it for good.

Within 30 days of a charge, yes — email us and we'll sort it out. After that we don't refund, which is the usual arrangement for a subscription. Two specifics worth knowing: Tournament Day credits are refunded only while they're unused, so we take back whatever is left and any link you already published stays live; and the $50 lifetime membership isn't refundable, since it's a one-time purchase you keep for good. Cancelling is a separate thing from a refund — it stops the next renewal and you keep access until the period you've paid for runs out.

Your club's own schedule export from the tournament's website — the Export Club Schedule link. Upload the file, or paste the link and we read it. Either way it's your club's data, and it takes about a minute.

It will — brackets firm up and kickoffs move. There's a Refresh button on the page itself, so anyone standing at a field can pull the latest without waiting for you. It's limited to once every 30 minutes across everyone viewing, so a hundred parents refreshing costs one update.

No. You need one to create it. Everyone you send the link to just opens it — parents, grandparents, coaches, your director. No app, no sign-up, no password.

No, and it won't pretend to. The club export contains fixtures and scores but no bracket or round information at all — nothing marks a game as a semifinal or a final. So the results page reports records: won, lost, drawn, goals, per team and against each club. Anything beyond that would be invented.

That page shows the whole event and isn't built for a phone. This one is your club only, grouped by kickoff time so you can see where everyone is at 9:15, filterable to one team or one field, and it tells you what's next without scrolling.

The link keeps working, and a results summary appears on it: your club's overall record, how each team did, and how you fared against every other club there.
